Shimla, 2nd October 2025
Under the Swasthya Naari Sashakt Parivar initiative, from 17/9 to 2/10 , Block Mashobra has successfully achieved its targets for comprehensive health screening and service delivery. A total of 35,000 women of the designated age group were provided health screening, education, and diagnostic services for Maternal Health, Child Health, and Immunisation, with special focus on High-Risk Areas (HRAs), disaster-affected regions, Nari Sewa Kendra, orphanages , Schools, old age home , outreach camps for deafness awareness and testing, as well as eye screening camps at Civil Hospital and PMSMA clinics for early detection of high-risk pregnancies.
The campaign also recorded significant achievements in other health programmes, including:
• TB mukt bharat abhayan vulnerable population mapping: 28000 beneficiaries
• Nikshay Mitr enrolment: 650 beneficiaries
• Extensive IEC activities covering all National Health Programmes
Towards the conclusion of the campaign, the State Government launched elderly care services on 1st October 2025 by Hon’ble CM , which are now being actively implemented in Block Mashobra.
This milestone reflects the commitment of the health teams lead by Doctors and community workers towards ensuring holistic health coverage for all sections of the population.
