The 9th National Summit on Good & Replicable Practices and Innovation in thePublic Healthcare System in Puri, Odisha was inaugurated by Hon’ble Union Health Minister Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda, in the presence of Shri Mohan Charan Majhi,

Hon’ble Chief Minister, Odisha on 28-02-2025. Many states of the country presented their best practices. The States share their best practices that improve health care services and other states learn and adopt those best practices. A team headed by Worthy Secretary (Health) to the Government of HP also participated in the said event. 5 of the initiatives taken bythe Government of Himachal Pradesh were selected for this event viz. Evidence based Scale up of ST-Elevated Myocardial Infarction in HP, Mainstreaming adolescent health Services in the era of Universal Health coverage through strengthening the Adolescent friendly Health Clinics, Implementing “Health –Education Institutes Strategy” and How to achieve Tobacco endgame by 2030 in Himachal Pradesh – A case study and all of them were appreciated. A presentation on HP Tele-Stroke Project a Decentralized approach, which was made and delivered by worthy Secretary (Health) to the GoHP. Smt. Aradhana Patnaik, Additional Secretary & Mission Director (NHM), Union Health Ministry; Shri Saurabh Jain, Joint Secretary (Policy), Union Health Ministry; senior officials such as Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, M. Sudha Devi, Worthy Secretary (Health) to the GoHP and her team were present on the occasion.
