Le Fiestus 2025 began with immense zeal and enthusiasm as the JUIT campus transformed into a vibrant hub of culture, celebration, and artistic expression. The day commenced with a soulful Pooja Vandana dedicated to Maa Saraswati at 9:30 AM in the Academic Block. This spiritual start set a serene and auspicious tone for the festivities ahead, invoking blessings for a smooth and successful celebration.Throughout the day, the campus buzzed with exciting competitions and engaging events such as Faculty Antakshari, JUIT’s Got Latent, Burnout, and Shooting, which saw active
participation and spirited enthusiasm from students and faculty alike.At 4:30 PM, the evening segment began with a felicitation ceremony held in the JUIT
Auditorium to honor the first JYC committee students and the dedicated faculty coordinators.The felicitation was carried out by respected dignitaries of the university — Registrar Sir,
Mr. R.K. Sharma, Dean of Academics, Dr. Ashok Kumar Gupta, Dean of Research andDevelopment, Dr. Sudhir Kumar, and JYC Faculty Coordinator, Dr. Naveen Jaglan. The ceremony commenced with the presentation of a memento to the JYC President, Kislaya
Verma, and continued with the felicitation of the entire committee and faculty members, whose tireless efforts have significantly shaped and supported the cultural fabric of JUIT. Following the felicitation, the audience warmly welcomed Keshav Sadhna, the special guest
and judge for the evening’s cultural competitions. His insightful judging and encouraging presence added great value to the performances showcased. The cultural showcase opened with a graceful classical dance performance by Noor, captivating the audience with poise and traditional elegance. This was followed by two
vibrant ramp walk performances, where participants confidently displayed creativity, style, and flair. Building further excitement, the DNR Dance Group delivered a dynamic and
high-energy performance that electrified the atmosphere. As the evening deepened, Anshika Pandey, the Prelude Artist, charmed the audience with
her soulful singing, setting a serene yet powerful mood. Finally, DJ Tracer took over the stage, energizing the crowd with an exhilarating multi-genre DJ set that had everyone
dancing and celebrating late into the evening.
Day 1 of Le Fiestus 2025 was a memorable amalgamation of tradition, recognition, talent,
and sheer joy. The energy and collective spirit displayed by the JUIT family set the perfect
tone for the rest of the fest
