The previous highest were recorded in FY 2014-15 when revenues were\u00a0<strong>Rs. 3256<\/strong>\u00a0crores. He further said that revenues registered a growth of 25.67% compared to last year when these were Rs. 2626 crores. The Board also recommended dividend of Rs.1.77 per share (on face value of Rs. 10\/- per share).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sh. Nand Lal Sharma further informed that SJVN has recorded Profit After Tax (PAT) of\u00a0<strong>Rs. 1363.45<\/strong>\u00a0crores in FY 2022-23 which is 39.48% more than the previous fiscal when PAT was Rs. 977.52 crores. While the net worth of SJVN increased from Rs. 13128 crores to Rs. 13822 crores which translates into an increase of around Rs. 694 crores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sh. Sharma said that Profit before Tax has increased by 28.93% which is\u00a0<strong>Rs.1732.13<\/strong>\u00a0crores as compared to Rs. 1343.44 crores during FY 2021-22. The Earing per Share (EPS) has also increased from Rs. 2.60 to\u00a0<strong>Rs. 3.50<\/strong>\u00a0during the period an increase of 34.61%<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sh. Sharma further told that SJVN has successfully achieved its ambitious Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) target for fiscal year 2022-23. With Rs. 8240 crores, the company has surpassed the target of Rs. 8,000 crores assigned by the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. Under the visionary leadership of Hon\u2019ble Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi and guidance of Hon\u2019ble Union Power Minister Sh. R. K Singh, SJVN has achieved this target to contribute in economic and infrastructural growth of the Nation. Sh. Sharma apprised that the CAPEX target of Rs 8,000 crores was the third highest amongst power CPSEs for FY 2022-23. Deriving Confidence and Riding High on this achievement, SJVN is now set to achieve the gigantic CAPEX target of Rs 10,000 crores for FY 2023-24. Currently SJVN is constructing 14 Power Projects and 2 Transmission lines across India and in neighboring country of Nepal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SJVN has continued its exemplary performance in power generation and has achieved 9283 million units from all its power stations in FY 2022-23 surpassing previous year\u2019s generation of 9207 Million Units.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sh.\u00a0 Nand Lal Sharma appreciated the united efforts and dedication of all the employees. \u201cThese positive growth percentiles are an outcome of optimum utilization of our operating units, persistent quest for better power generation records, adopting best financial practices and strategic focus on capacity addition in the portfolio of the company.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SJVN is on\u00a0a\u00a0rapid expansion and capacity addition journey and project portfolio of the company is now stands at 47279 MW with77 projects.
