She said that PM Modi has once again disappointed Himachal residents. She pointed out that the beneficiaries of government schemes were forcefully mobilised for the programme organised at Shimla on Tuesday. The officials put pressure on the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana along with ASHA workers, Mahila Mandals and other people to make them participate in this function. Pratibha Singh said that the benefit of government schemes is the right of the eligible people. Using them for political gains and making them public is a violation of their right to privacy, she added. \u201cIt is their right, and not alms,\u201d she said.
